What is Flexispace

Flexispace is the ideal coworking solution for Sydney’s professionals. Our prestigious space is located right in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, at No. 1 Martin Place. Flexispace has been designed to provide the ambience, facilities and technology that professionals need, with a higher degree of standard inclusions and benefits for our members.

How do your Memberships work

Flexibility is key. We recognise that different working zones are required to support your working day. Our space provides a variety of breakout areas, enabling members to enjoy the benefits of both, and can flow between private and open plan working. Our Memberships roll on a month-to-month basis.

Can I book a Meeting Room if I am not a Member

Yes.

Can I book an event at Flexispace

Yes. Flexispace can cater Events up to 100 people.

Can you organise Catering

Premier catering packages are available to complement all event styles.

What are your opening hours

Flexispace opens Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.

For after hours appointments please contact our team at 02 8231 6609. Booking is essential for all tours and appointments.

Am I able to organise after hours event

Yes. Flexispace can accomodate events after hours and over the weekend. Please contact our team for enquiries.

Do you offer a day use

Yes. We offer day use passes for $50+GST. Please contact our team to confirm availability and make a booking.

Do you offer discounts on your rates

Our quote are tailored to our Client’s needs. We do not require long terms commitment.

Can I receive visitors at Flexispace

Yes. Our Members are welcome to have visitors. Visitors need to be escorted at all times. Day passes can be issued upon request.

Do you have another location

Flexispace is located on level 16 No.1 Martin Place. We currently don’t have other space.
